Shipping times and order fulfillment procedure
01 Standard Procedure
Once we receive your order, we will prepare your package as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped on the next working day after the order is received.
Once the package is ready, we hand it over to our courier, who will ensure it is delivered to your home in the best possible way.
02 Shipping
Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the products ordered. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email directly from the carrier with a tracking code to monitor your shipment.
Shipping times:
Italy: delivery in 1–3 business days
EU countries: delivery usually in 4–6 business days
Non-EU countries: delivery in 7–15 business days.

02 Transport
Shipping is generally handled by Mail Boxes etc, unless special needs arise (specific locations or special deliveries).
If the customer provides an incorrect address or is absent after two delivery attempts, a storage fee may be charged depending on the courier. We usually try to offer a free redelivery service, but we kindly ask for your cooperation.
