Return Policy

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 calendar days, without the need to provide any explanation and without any penalty.

Italian law provides that, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product at their own expense and that, once the goods are received in the seller’s warehouse, the seller will proceed with the refund. Therefore, once the returned goods have been received, our Warehouse will verify that they match the original order, and subsequently our Customer Service Department will issue a refund for the value of the returned products.

Madonie For Eat S.R.L. will refund the customer the amount already paid within 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received, through a reversal procedure on the Credit Card used for the purchase, or via PayPal refund, or by Bank Transfer. In the case of a Bank Transfer, the customer must provide the bank details required for the refund (IBAN code of the bank account holder indicated on the invoice).

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

1. The right applies to the entire purchased product; it is not possible to withdraw only from part of the purchased product.
2. Shipping, until confirmation of delivery to our warehouse, is the customer’s responsibility. Therefore, the customer is strongly advised to package the products to be returned with the utmost care and diligence, minimizing the risk of damage during transport.

The right of withdrawal will be completely forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of product integrity (packaging and/or contents), in cases where Madonie For Eat determines:

1. The absence of the outer packaging and/or the wrapping containing the purchased product (e.g. dry preserves, biscuits, etc.);
2. Damage to the product caused intentionally by the customer or due to lack of proper care.
