Whole Wheat Busiate is a traditional Sicilian artisanal pasta made from 100% Sicilian ancient grains, cultivated and processed in the territory of Resuttano, an agricultural hub nestled in the island’s heartland. The dough is prepared with pure water from the Madonie Natural Park, an essential element that helps maintain the integral semolina’s organoleptic properties.
This pasta features a firm texture and a rough surface, ideal for perfectly capturing sauces, from classic tomato to traditional pestos. The Busiate shape, a staple of the Trapani tradition, is renowned for its ability to enhance every ingredient.
