Crafted from olives grown on their family estate, situated between 800 and 900 meters above sea level. The groves benefit from a south/south-east exposure and medium-textured soil. This unique blend features nine distinct Sicilian varieties.

The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within 12 hours. The oil is then filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled, oxygen-free conditions using nitrogen.
