Description

Campisi anchovy fillets are a true highlight of Sicilian cuisine. This beloved Mediterranean fish is prepared following traditional artisanal methods, with the same care passed down through generations.

The anchovies are caught and aged for at least 5–6 months, developing their rich flavor and tender, meaty texture. They are then cleaned, filleted, and carefully packed by hand, one by one, and covered with high-quality olive oil that preserves their taste and freshness.

The result is a genuine, refined product with an irresistible aroma and a full, balanced flavor. Perfect on warm bread or as an ingredient in pizzas, focaccias, salads, and pasta dishes, Campisi anchovies are also excellent for Mediterranean sauces or to enhance gourmet appetizers.

Available in 100g and 200g jars, including a chili version for those who like a spicy touch.
Being a semi-preserved product, they should be stored at temperatures below 10°C.
