Is there a physical store?
Yes. You can find a selection of our products within our exhibition space at our bistro in Palazzo Butera, in the heart of Palermo. It’s a place where you can see, touch and experience our creations. Our team is always on hand for advice, tastings and to share the stories behind our production. If you’re in Palermo, come to our store—it’s the best way to truly get to know us.
Where are your products made?
Everything begins in Sicily. We carefully select local artisanal producers, with a particularly strong presence in the Madonie, where we partner with small-scale businesses committed to short supply chains. We don’t use intermediaries; we buy directly from the makers, visiting their workshops and personally knowing the people behind every step of the process. This ensures authenticity, traceability, and genuine quality you can taste.
What are the shipping times?
Delivery times depend on three factors:
- Freshness & Availability: Some artisanal items require specific preparation or sourcing, so they may not always be ready for immediate dispatch.
- Shipping schedule: to guarantee maximum freshness, we ship only on specific days of the week, preventing your package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
- Destination: Within Italy, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. For Europe and overseas, times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery date and a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns in accordance with current online shopping regulations. You can request a return within the standard legal period by following our return policy. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us: we will review your case and find the quickest, most helpful solution.
Can I send gifts directly through the website?
Of course. Many of our customers choose to send gifts to friends, family, or corporate partners. Upon request, we can prepare elegant gift packaging, include a personalized message, and ship directly to the recipient. If you have special requirements—such as custom selections, bulk orders, or scheduled deliveries—just let us know.
